this hotel location was really close to central station so it was easy for me to reach. the staff was friendly, they helped me with directions. i also found breakfast to be good, they had many options.
the elevator only stopped on half-floors, it was hard to carry my luggage. the bed sagged, it was not comfortable for my back. there weren't phones in the rooms to call front desk or other rooms.

My room was quite small. The bathroom also felt cramped and ventilation did not function well. A strange odor, like a sewer, came from the bathroom and it was unpleasant. Light from the corridor shone into the room through the door, annoying.

The hotel is in a very convenient location near the central station. I also appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful (I even got some local tips!).
The elevator did not stop at every floor. I had to carry my luggage up a few stairs (which was not ideal with a heavy suitcase).

the staff displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness , always ready with a smile. the central location provided easy access to many attractions. i found the rooms well kept and designed for comfort. the breakfast each morning was an excellent start to the day with a wide selection of pastries.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes , and i occasionally waited a few extra minutes.

the service was attentive , and staff promptly addressed my questions. their helpful attitude enhanced my stay. it was easy to get quick assistance , and the reception always had someone available.

the location was SUPERB near the train station i could walk easily. the staff provided GREAT recommendations and were always friendly. breakfast had a fantastic array of options i REALLY appreciated it. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the floor seemed a little cold even with heating though i was missing slippers.
